Meet the Founder
Reena is an award winning property investor in the coliving space.
Before her property development career, Reena had a long-standing career as an auditor in a Big4 accountancy firm auditing property companies across UK, Europe and Africa.
As a qualified chartered accountant, Reena uses her strong finance background, extensive experience in investment appraisals and financial products, and relationship building skills to build and grow the business.
Reena also has a keen eye on interior design which is central to creating the ideal tenant experience.

Current Project
We are proud to be working in partnership with Lightbox Properties on this project. This property is currently a small retail parade including 3x commercial units with 4x residential flats located in Bury with a total building footprint of approx. 624m2.
Our proposal is to strip the entire property back to brick on ground and first floors, and re-fit to HMOs and flats configuration, subject to planning.
Meanwhile, the property is tenanted and cash flow generating, giving us several options for HMO conversion, flat conversion or sell it with planning gain.
Completed Project
This property is a spacious Victorian terrace house that had been vacant for some time.
Planning permission was submitted for a 9-bed HMO, by creating extra bedrooms and enlarging existing lightwells in the basement and use of the existing rooms on the ground floor. We were also able to create dedicated spaces for a cinema room and a co-working space.
Since completion, this coliving home has been fully tenanted with professional tenants.
